Worldwide Shipping
Shipping and handling charges are additional to the cost of the gifts and are calculated according to
the size and weight of the order and the required method of delivery.
We use local, national and international couriers. We will also be pleased to work with any couriers
you may have accounts with or prefer to use.
We ship our exclusive gift collections worldwide. Each country has varying regulations on products that
are allowed entry, however we work with experienced professional brokers who ensure that each order arrives
safely and on time. We apply a nominal fee of $5 per gift for processing of international orders.
Festive season delivery: Avoid disappointment by placing your orders as early as possible during the
festive season (November – December).
Unforeseen weather conditions can hamper deliveries. Consider an earlier delivery date to account for
severe or unexpected winter storms.
Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute any product for others of equal and greater value.
Return Policy
Should any Uptown GiftBox merchandise arrive damaged, we will be happy to replace damaged items.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to make the necessary arrangements. Food items are not
returnable due to health and safety concerns. Damaged, non-perishable gifts may be exchanged by the
recipient. Merchandise must be returned to our offices.
